The KingHIT:1223 is a versatile and modular standalone hard drive cloning device that copies from 1 to 23 targets. This device is also capable of duplicating from 4 different masters to 5 targets simultaneously by simply separating the units into 4 individual modules.

The KingHit:1223 is designed to go as fast as 18GB/min, the fastest duplication speed on the market. Ideally used in PC manufacturing, hard drive manufacturing and digital cinema distribution worldwide, the KingHit:1223 drastically reduces overall copy time by applying data-only copy techniques to only copy the used area of the hard drive. Increased mass output at a reduced manufacturing cost is guaranteed.

The KingHit:1223 utilizes the SmartCopy system, which minimizes copy time by ignoring unallocated hard drive space. During the copy process the KingHit:1223 performs Incoming/Outgoing HDD Inspection in order to weed-out problem hard drives before they are distributed to end users. The KingHit:1223 is guaranteed to save on costs by reducing labor time and defect ratio. Conventional duplicators and Network Downloading methods simply can't compare!

Automating QC testing: automatic QC testing during all operations to ensure quality of produced HDDs
Low Level Format: secure 1-pass erasure of entire disk with customizable wipe pattern
Various Erasure Methods: standard methods include: Low Level Format, DoD Erase, NSA Erase *Additional erasure methods can be created. Inquire for details.
Adjustable Parameters: customize all operations to your needs
Automation: create/combine any operation to be run automatically at the push of a button
Auto Loaders (optional): Fast connect and disconnect hard disk drives within seconds. Alleviate wear on connector pins maintaining a neat and efficient work environment. This optional feature is available for ATA 3.5", 2.5" and 1.8" and SATA 3.5", 2.5" and 1.8" drives.
Reporting System: Included with this system is a host software that you can use to remotely manage/monitor every hard disk drive port while automatically generating log files for each replicated hard drive
