Fibre Channel (FC) is a high-speed data transfer protocol primarily used in enterprise applications to connect computer data storage to servers in storage area networks (SAN) in commercial data centers. MDS provides a range of units that will clone and erase FC hard disk drives which are still used worldwide in many high-end applications. These duplication appliances are typically combination units with FC support being one of the options available along with various other popular interfaces such as SCSI, SAS, ATA, USB and NVMe.
