The XpressSGX™ is a next-generation high-speed duplicator and eraser purpose-built for SATA drives. Designed for production environments where speed, accuracy, and ease of use are critical, it eliminates messy cabling with a direct-plug, cableless jig supporting 2.5" and 3.5" SATA HDDs/SSDs. mSATA drives are also supported by default via included adapter cables — no extras needed.
Powered by a dedicated FPGA architecture, XpressSGX™ maintains consistent top performance across all ports, even during simultaneous operations. Two models are available:
- Standard Model: up to 300 MB/sec (≈18 GB/min)
- PRO Model: up to 500 MB/sec (≈30 GB/min)
Fully standalone and menu-driven, XpressSGX™ enables high-speed duplication and certified data sanitization without a PC, meeting NIST 800-88 and DoD 5220.22-M standards for secure erasure.

Real-Time Monitoring & Log Export
Monitor real-time status per port through a PC and export detailed duplication and erasure logs (.txt/.csv/.pdf) directly to a USB drive for compliance and auditing purposes.
